Picked up dinner to go and this Laksa soup was very tasty! If you like spicy rich soup then this is for you! This is a typical Malaysian curry soup with noodles, broccoli, mung bean sprout, scallions, tofu skins and vegan shrimp in a coconut curry broth! I asked to add spinach and it really hit the spot! 1st time trying the vegan shrimp and to be honest not my fav, but glad I tried it. Will definitely get again! Love curries 😋🍜 🌶
