Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. This veggie grill classic burger with a beyond burger, pickles, onion and American cheese was delicious. It was too heavy on the red onion but that was easy to take some off.
