Really lovely bowl and perfect lunch on these crazy hot days. It's got plump and sticky aubergine, I swapped mango for wakame seaweeds, then edamame beans, red cabbage, crispy shallots, buckwheat and sesame seeds. You can add any sauce you'd like too, I went for the teriyaki shiitake. Pretty good portion and value for £6.45.
