Tamil Nadu-style tangy and spicy tamarind stew that went well with steamed rice. Came with paruppu urundai lentil balls which were nutritious and had a nice firm texture! (Allium-free, part of the main course for the signature 3-course lunch $38 which has a daily changing menu)
