This has been my favorite dish from Common Roots! The star is the battered sweet potato and zucchini strips. They're topped with amazing fresh cucumber pico, carrot and cabbage slaw, and radish. I think there's also some type of salsa under that. The non-vegan version has jalapeno cilantro aioli, which would be amazing to have a vegan version of! They have a vegan scallion mayo for other items on the menu, so it seems like they should be able to make it! This dish is $11 for two tacos with chips and salsa. This feels like a much better deal than the sandwiches section of the menu where the sides aren't included.
