This is a spongy type of floss and it does seem to clean well. However, I have difficulty with shredded floss and this one did give me some issues in one particularly tight spot that also has a rough edge. Took a long time to finally get the floss out. If your teeth are spaced well and you don’t run into shredding issues it’s good but I would be wary if you have any rough spots between your teeth.

Also forgot to mention that the packaging is cardboard which is a big bonus!
