Every once in awhile I have a day where eating vegan is just hard. I was struggling with my own head today, so I took off work a little early and went to the animal sanctuary where I volunteer to get my perspective back. Now I’m eating the most delicious black bean nachos with homemade guacamole and this cheese. Im glad I took the time to reset and remember my why.
