I’m not a fan of coconut based ice creams, so I was thrilled when Chef Ram switched from coconut to soy for all his ice creams last year when the cloud kitchen started.

Pic shows butterscotch and chocolate ice creams. I topped them with cacao beans and walnuts for added crunch and bitterness to balance out the sugar.
