Yes I got a mermaid cake on my birthday--
why not?! I've always been a swimmer/
water person 💦 obsessed with mermaids 🧜‍♀️
I was so happy that Level V Bakery could make a magical mermaid cake custom for me 🥰

I was really excited about it!! 🤣
🍰 Level V Bakery is a vegan bakery and they made this cake gluten-free for me! Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream icing and strawberry jam filling. It was so delicious!! Great with fresh strawberries!!
I first heard about Level V Bakery at #planted #plantedexpo in Vancouver. @lomispurplefox got a cake here that looked so good and I wanted to try one for myself!
Monica Tang is so talented and created such a fabulous cake, and we enjoyed every bite!
I absolutely recommend this vegan bakery!! I am already thinking about what my next cake from here would be. Next time I want a PINK mermaid cake with strawberry jam AND strawberry chunks inside #yolo
