I made a lasagne using grain free mushroom lasagne sheets, slices of fresh tomato, grilled brinjal slices, this ready made mince and an oat milk cheesy sauce. I used 3 bags (buy 3 pay for 2) for two generous portions and it was a hit! Heated it all in the micro when the power came back on and we have a winner.
