You can't be mad at mac and cheese essentially covered in nacho toppings and Doritos! This used to be my favourite HH dish but I took a hiatus when my body suddenly decided to hate tomatoes for several months. Luckily, that's over and I can go back to old favourites. Happy to have this one back in the rotation!
