A great vegan appetizer is Sugo’s bruschetta! They can make it vegan by request, and its amazing. The arugula on top makes it so fresh and the bread is incredible. Rather than a “loaf” of bread, its made on top of a crispy pizza crust. It’s our favourite way to start our meal whenever we visit Sugo :)
