Decent block of tofu that is actually firm--sometimes I get extra firm from other brands and they feel kinda soft. Lately I've been cutting the block into cubes and airfrying them which is easy and turns out nice. 8g of protein, 2g fiber, and 70 cals per serving makes this a good addition to any meal.
