I learned about Simulate Chicken Nuggs after watching a video off of a vegan YouTube channel. I saw these vegan chicken nuggets at Target recently and wondered why not.

Simulate Chicken Nuggs were average compared to other vegan chicken nugget alternatives. The breading reminded me of McDonald’s chicken nuggets, but they were not juicy and meaty enough for me. (6/10)
