This was a wonderfully surprising dish to find with so many different colorful vegetables: cherry 🍅 tomatoes, zucchini, 🥕 carrots, 🥦 broccoli, and peas. The pesto sauce was elegantly done, and the whole dish was flavorful and yet light.
