I have enjoyed all the different flavors of this range , just love them 

In a (cashew) nutshell Fauxmage is a vegan creamery hand crafting "cheese" like no udder as well as dairy-free butter

Made from cultured cashew nuts and seasoned with a bit of nutritional yeast for extra 'cheesiness', this creamy 'cheese' is packed full of chopped dried olives from a local farm, and fresh rosemary from our organic garden - a classic combo!

I am sooooooo impressed.  I was sceptical,  I normally don't have high expectations when it comes to cream cheese.

This is absolutelly amazing, the taste is delicious and the texture spot on.  Fauxmage has my vote and I will try everything they make.
