Terza portata della cena Lav. Non avevo mai mangiato gli spaghetti conditi col friggione e devo dire che l'ho trovato un abbinamento davvero interessante. Il friggione è un piatto tipico della mia città, Bologna, preparato con cipolle e pomodori e zucchero fatti cuocere molto lentamente. Purtroppo non nasce vegano perché vengono usati grassi animali,ma ieri sera ovviamente era preparato in versione cruelty free. Un po' dolce si sposa bene con la pasta,cotta perfettamente.

Third course of dinner organized by LAV. I had never eaten spaghetti seasoned with friggione and I must say that I found it a really interesting combination.
Friggione is a typical dish from my city, Bologna, prepared with onions and tomatoes and sugar cooked very slowly. Unfortunately, it was not born vegan because animal fats are usually used, but last night it was obviously prepared in a cruelty free version. A little sweet,it goes well with pasta, perfectly cooked.
