This is pink, so I had to try it! It has a really nice, slightly smoky flavour, and pink pasta is a novelty, but it didn’t remind me that much of basil or red pesto, I feel like it could be even richer with more of a kick to it.. Overall though it was nice and fun and I’d get it again #pink #pesto #beetroot
