First time trying Ethiopian food and I was so impressed! I got a mixed vegan platter but my favourite was the chick pea curry and mixed vegetables. The bread was so so soft and like nothing I’d ever had before. The whole dish was really really light and satisfying, filled me up without being too full. Purchased at leeds vegan food festival :)
