Quite aesthetic with the husk and peanut toppings, which reminded me of night markets in Thailand! The coconut flesh in the husk had been scraped out into ribbons which made it more convenient to eat, and the fresh coconut water was served in a cup for free. The coconut ice-cream itself was a bit too icy for my liking though! ($5.50 / 150ml husk)
