When I say I was happy to try these, I WAS. As you can see I purchased 3! So happy to found these at the #planted. Growing up I loved tuna salad sandwiches. I’ve tried their smoked carrot (salmon) in the past and today they had these and the salmon on display but I had no seen the tuna in stores.
Texture is cool. Made from jackfruit which gives it that broken apart/shred texture like tuna (or in pulled “pork”). My next few weeks are set. These would be great on top of crackers or in a Sammy. 💚
