Thr's a new Taiwanese Vegetarian Mart in Fortune Centre n i tried this one.
Tbh im not sure what is the right or good taste of kimchi,all the ones I eat hv different and various style of taste.
This one is sour of course,but it has tht slight spicy (even sambal'ish) kind of taste. Works well for me so it's fine.
Had this on d side together with the sour spicy instant glass noodles, and it's a great combination.
