You can never go wrong with a Lexi's breakfast!
This was so delicious ~ toasted sourdough with creamy avo and topped with their delicious tofu scramble. It may look smallish on the plate but I found it to be very filling.
And can we just admire how beautifully presented this dish is too 🥰
