The housemade meatballs (made using rice, mushrooms, and vegetables) tasted even better than I remembered! Uniquely sticky, fluffy, and chewy texture on the inside with savoury umami flavour, with slightly crisp edges coated in teriyaki sauce with sesame seeds. Definitely not like conventional meatballs, but delicious nonetheless! Served with edamame soybeans, straw mushrooms, and various nuts and seeds for extra protein. ($12) Jasmine rice could be switched to Tri Colour Brown Rice (+$1), Gluten Free Pasta (+$2), or Quinoa (+$2).
