Review of Vegan Chicken Brasov at Vegan Garden by chloslo

A vegan spin on a Hungarian classic! I have never had chicken Brasov before, so I have no comparison to make, but I really liked this dish! Roasted potatoes and vegan chicken made from pea protein marinated in this delicious tomato and paprika sauce with lots of herbs and spices! Only wish there was more colour to this dish! I only got one chunk of tomato, and would have liked more!
