We're a team of deliciousness-obsessed makers in Oakland, California who handcraft plant-based foods for people who love to eat well. We put our whole hearts into Hodo because we don’t want to be a healthy alternative of your favorite food. We want to be your favorite food. Period.

Grab your fork and thank your lucky stars: our nuggets are pure heaven. To make them, we cut our protein-packed organic firm tofu into bite-sized pieces and fry them up for a chewy texture. We then slow-cook them in a traditional curry blend of bold Thai spices like lemongrass, turmeric and just a hint of cayenne. And more delicious news: these nuggets are ready to eat anytime.

Thai Curry Nuggets

I was amazed at all the vegan options at Target here in Arizona. They have an entire array of vegan frozen products! This “chicken” had a pretty good texture, the curry flavour wasn’t super strong but overall I really enjoyed.
