This was pretty darn perfect. I travel for work, and needed a fast breakfast that wasn’t a power bar. Field Roast sausage with Just Egg and Chao cheese. You could totally make this at home on better bread… will be doing that in the future!

Gosh I am old enough to remember when breakfast sandwiches 🥪 became a thing!! Wasn’t that the 1970’s with MC Donald egg McMuffin? Wish Starbucks would charge less if you ask for the breakfast sandwich without egg & cheese since they have impossible breakfast sandwich. You do not get a discount … better to make it at home!!
