I haven’t had beef in like 11 years so I can’t say much about similarly but I enjoyed this! Would usually go for a mock chicken but thought I’d try something different. They cooked up well, pretty meaty like, and had a pleasant subtle flavour. Went well in my stir fry with broccoli, edamame, rice, spring onion and chow mein sauce. I’d like to try them in a creamy ramen next
