This packet is so handy to have on hand when I want a quick grain serving. I didn’t even know how to pronounce quinoa before I became vegan, but now it’s one of my go-to’s. Ready in a couple minutes, it makes a great lunch paired with a vegetable or as a good base for a dinner bowl, especially with a variety of grilled or roasted fresh veggies. I like it with a lemon vinaigrette or a tahiini dressing. Ease of preparation is a real plus if time is short.
