(3/3) The final nail in the coffin ⚰️
450/- (pre-tax+service) for their " signature thin crust with spicy peri peri coated paneer, onions, capsicum and mozzarella".
The paneer was swapped for tofu, which was quite soft and devoid of peri peri flavours.
I was more than a little suspicious after one bite, but they confirmed that the cheese did not come from coagulated udder fluids and that it was purchased from a vegan e-commerce site.
It's so rare to find staff that are knowledgeable (and sure) about this sort of thing. It was a relief.
But as pizza goes, this is not the one to seek out, and certainly not at this price.
