We've been having #hotchocolate weather in the city lately ⛈️☕ Was looking forward to a large cup when I was boxed in at this cosy cafe.
Silky smooth and thick; #murdairy swapped for cashew-oat mylk and a 50/- upcharge.
The same for soy and twice that for almond, I believe.
I was expecting something spectacular but, unfortunately, everyone who tried a sip agreed that something was off (spoiled mylk?). Could've used a larger cup, too.
Mighty disappointed, especially after we had to shell out a *lot* for something unpalatable.
Should've asked them about it. Spilt mylk.
I'd hate for this to be anyone's first #dairyfree mug. They have few vegan options (and overpriced naturally vegan ones) and some that jumped the gun on the #vword without even knowing what it meant. #dobetter
If I ever get trapped here by another thunderstorm, the pizza (previous review) will be the only thing I even consider eating.

did you see where James Cromwell superglued himself to a Starbucks counter to protest the nondairy upcharge? i won't pay it but your hot chocolate looks amazing! i want to swim in it.
That plus everyone has it fixed in their mind that if they don't eat animals and their by-products, they will die of anemia.
Sorry it did not taste good. Because it looked so dense attractive!!! I’m with @unejanie : I would have swim in it !!!
