#pizza purists, look away now 👀🍕 (sorry!)
They Indianised the heck out of this pizza with the tomato base that is typical of a Jalfrezi style dish, and piled on bell peppers, #tofu & gooey #vegancheese 🫑🌶️🧀🐀 — all of which the thin crust wheat or multigrain base took like a champ.
It was very flavourful, leaning towards a mildly sweet note. I liked it. Not many vegan options here though.
Note: If it comes with a dip (sorry again), I believe that's not #dairyfree, i.e. not meant for human consumption. Which is strange, given the vegan label on the dish. Guess they meant the wrong #vword and the staff certainly acted like it (got yogurt with another v dish..)
But it's easy enough to #ditchdairy by simply not consuming it, and thinking about whom it was meant for.

Jalfrezi is one of my fave simple dishes - 🫑🧅🍅🌶️ in particular. This 🍕 looks 🤤! It takes a good crust to withstand so much. Not sure I'm too keen on the slightly sweet, though - was it one of the peppers?

An Indianised pizza actually sounds really great to me! Those toppings look so flavorful!
