This is actually really nice, although the mock meats a little soft. The sausage is like a slime with tofu (doesn't taste like tofu tho) chunks wrapped into a nice tough casing.
Square sausage is tasty just a little softer than the non vegan one I would say.
Black pudding a little oily but tastes similar.

I put some M pea shoots, mild lambs lettuce. With the square sausage I toasted 2 bread, cut a tomato and put some tomato sauce and made into a sandwich.
