This burger was just fine. The shiitake mushroom bacon was savoury, but still very mushroomy so the bacon flavour didn’t really come through. The vegan cheese was really good. It stayed together while I was eating so that was a good thing, but towards the end the patty started falling apart because it was quite mushy. I wouldn’t probably get this again but I didn’t hate it. I just think there are better vegan burgers out there, especially in NYC!
