Review of Creamy Ramen at Hinodeya Ramen Bar by eluminh

My favorite vegan ramen I’ve tried so far with a mildly sweet, silky soy milk broth that’s reminiscent of tonkotsu. I just wish for thinner noodles and less oil. Delicious & umami overall!
