Review of Mushroom lard at Budsi’s Authentic Thai by amylou

This was so fresh and spicy! Flavorful and spicy Mushrooms and tofu served with jasmine rice. I’ve never tasted anything like it. It’s from the Issan region of Thailand. Incredible, I was craving it agin the next day. So good and authentic.
