My favorite! My pictures from this restaurant seriously do not do the food justice. The evening lighting wasn't the easiest to work with🤣 I need to improve on working in different settings, which is my weakness when it comes to photography. I need to realize situations won't always be perfect or ideal and need to adjust more. Anyway, haha, this was great. I'm not a huge cauliflower fan but couldn't believe this was actually cauliflower or that they could get it to have this type of texture. The tempura was great! I loved that it wasn't too oily. My issue with tempura is that sometimes I feel like the taste of the oil is overpowering. This also had cabbage and fennel slaw with lemon- cilantro aioli. What's cool about this restaurant is that they have a large menu and the flavors are all very different and unique.
