Review of Portobello, Avocado & Hummus Black Sandwich at Tiong Bahru Bakery by katherinegloria

A simple yet delicious sandwich that tastes extremely fresh and earth-y. Being a huge veggie nerd, I find this dish extremely palatable even though my mum doesn’t think so 🤓 I absolutely love the presentation which is a huge win. This is a reminder that you need to eat your colours!

This dish includes smashed avocado, mixed arugula, beetroot, carrots, portobello mushrooms, and hummus in between some charcoal bread, served with a side of purple sweet potato chips.
