This consisted of meaty 🐮-free beef and firm, tender 🥦 crowns, wok fried with green onions, ginger and garlic, then finished with a classic soy/rice wine glaze. Served with brown rice. The rich, savory flavors made this hearty dish very satisfying. #saveveganrestaurants
