This is the closest thing you’ll get to #midin outside Sarawak I guess 😪 Paku is also a fern, slightly larger, and a lot more bitey 😬 If you have sensitive gums you have wanna avoid it cause this stuff bites back 😅 It’s cooked in a vegan #belacan so it’s a lil salty but not overpowering unlike the far too fishy omnivorous equivalent 🤮 I was pretty much the only person at the table eating this though 🙈 @synthwave0470 I think didn’t quite expect it to be as chewy!
