This cafe is fully vegan and gluten free, and also makes most everything in-house! This cookie is described as a “blueberry lemon lavender spring love child!” It’s a banana bread cookie studded with blueberries, lemon zest, and lavender. In the center is a pool of blueberry jams and a vegan cheese cake flower! I enjoyed this cookie which was soft and full of oats and lots of crunchy quinoa and buckwheat. I loved the center bite full of creamy cheesecake and jammy blueberries! Sadly, the lemon and lavender flavors weren’t as strong as I hoped. My mom and I definitely agreed that it’s wasn’t very sweet and tasted healthier than your average cookie, which I feel is a good thing! I enjoyed this creative and healthier-take on vegan dessert!
