This is my go to at Pei Wei. It is crispy tofu, onions, green cabbage and red bell peppers in a sweet soy glaze and topped with scallions. I usually take out the red bell peppers and add other veggies like snap peas or mushroom or even pineapple. It’s a really great option when you’re craving Asian cuisine and it’s just awesome that they offer vegan options.
