Review of Veggs Royale at The Vibe by rhiannondiamxnd

This was my first time trying the vibe and I was impressed. The presentation was beautiful and it carried on to the taste. The carrot salmon was wonderful and had a pleasant fishy taste but not too overpowering, this complimented the cashew hollandaise sauce well. The poached ‘egg’ was nice but could have been just a tad eggier, but overall still enjoyable.
