This massive salad is completely raw. There are 2 kinds of raw hummus, zucchini noodles, tomatos, pickled cucumbers and some red cabbage. Everything was perfectly fresh and the portion was huge. Very nice if you are looking for a healthy, yet satisfying option. #salad #raw #barcelonavegan
