We could not leave Spain with one last paella! This restaurant is 100% gluten free with few vegan options.
The menu is showing all the allergens.
This paella was nice, a bit oily and with a great garlic taste (that I love but maybe is not the same for everyone).
I was hoping to have it crunchier while this had a risotto vibe.
Bonus point because they have gluten free bread!
