Best fried chicken i ever had! There’s 3 pieces usually but I couldn’t wait! Woman owned and delicious, if I lived closer Id have to stop by everyday!

Yeah seitan is hit or miss for sure! There’s a place in austin that does a really nice job with it. I love going there when I can bc it’s a rare find imo. More often than not, I find it awful. Glad you found a good option!
