This consisted of 3 bite sized layered rolls of thin bean curd sheet filled with seasoned mung bean noodles, black fungus, vegan 🐥, and 🥕, water fried and dressed with vegan oyster/vegan 🐥 broth. They were delicious and fun, with so many complementary tastes and textures. (Gluten-free) #saveveganrestaurants
