Layers of jelly made using coconut water and milk topped with crunchy coconut shavings, and finely cut pineapple pieces.

This is a refreshing coconut dessert, and is a nice combination with the pineapple pieces. Was not a big fan of the jelly on top, it was t too bad but maybe an acquired taste, the coconut pudding at the bottom was the best part and deserved most of the points.
