Marie’s Healthier Choices ~ I love a comforting chili during the cold weather and this Hearty and Healthy Chili is wonderful! I love how bean-y it is, with tons of red, black, and white beans throughout - which makes for a super filling soup! I also love the traditional veg (peppers, chiles, tomato, onion) and enjoyed the bulgur wheat as a different textural component! 🍛
