Review of Enchilada Sauce - Trader Joe's by ilovegoats

I made some delicious jackfruit enchiladas with this sauce! It has a smoky, tangy, tomatoey flavor that would go well with almost any filling I think. I would definitely buy it again—it made the enchilada prep straightforward.

For the filling, I sautéed jackfruit with onions, slivered bell peppers, and garlic, and added chili powder, cumin, and crushed chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. I put it on top of a thick layer of refried beans and baked it in corn tortillas with some Trader Joe’s vegan cheese and pickled jalapeños on top. 😛 #veganrecipe #enchiladas
